Febrian Bagus Pakerti

Febrian Bagus Pakerti is one of the Yonners who is currently still doing his study at IPB (a well known Agricultural based University in Indonesia). Three years ago, Bagus has to shift to another city, aparted from his family as he was going to do his tertiary study at Bogor. He never knew this journey will change his life forever.

Family

Febri pretty much had everything he needed when he lived with his family. He got the comfort he need with full attention and provision. He was lucky to have such a loving care family. One day he realised that something missing in his life. He realised that he and his family needed Jesus to fulfill the emptiness. He recalled back then, that he never had a real fellowship with God, his Father was not a fully committed Christian as he practised some occultism when he was sick.

Year of Revival

On the first months of his journey at Bogor in 2004, Febri felt very lonely. He needed to get used to providing his own need. This was the time when Jesus came to his life and change his heart.

There was an outreach service organised by YONM held at PAU. Febri decided to attend the meeting. The presence of God and the love of the people was so real and soon he did not feel that he was not alone anymore. He believed that Jesus touched his heart and change his life. He was not alone as he was belonged to Jesus. His spirit was lifted up and his heart was full of joy. At the meeting he also met some people, Epi, Sandra, Yoseph and Bronson who later led him to Christ more and more.

Ministry

As the time goes by, his spiritual journey with God did not always go smoothly. He felt down at times and aparted from God, but he believed that was not mean that Jesus left him alone. In fact, God taught him more about life and give him more responsibilities in ministry. Febri is one of the singer and prayer coordinator. Given more responsibilities have made him arrogant. He felt that he has loved Jesus more than he used to be until God taught him about His first love that never change. From that moment, Febri has been back to his first love to God.

Now, Febri is leading a life group called JCC stands for Jesus Cares Community. Azis, Niken, Gea, Melisa, Nanda, Sri and Susi are the member of the groups. Leading this cell group is an awesome opportunity for him. He always wanted them as well as his family to experience God more. To see his dad, mum and siblings come to God is something he really wants.

Vision

This is a statement that he made about his vision:
"Sekarang di usiaku yang sudah ke 21 ini aku rindu untuk melihat bahwa visi yang telah Tuhan tetapkan dalam hidupku semakin jelas dan nyata. Aku ga mau jadi penonton, aku rindu untuk terlibat “involved” dalam Youth movement ini. Aku rindu utk setiap generasi muda di Indonesia bangkit dari belenggu lumpur dosa, mau menjadikan Yesus sebagai Tuhan dan Juruselamat dalam hidup mrk dan bangkit untuk memuliakan nama Tuhan Yesus di Indonesia ini. Ini doaku... sebab masa depan bangsa ini ada di tangan kami, calon pemimpin bangsa, generasi muda...... Aku rindu setiap generasi muda dipakai Allah sehingga Indonesia menjadi kesukaanNYa Tuhan."
